-decent hours -benefits -vacation pay after one year -flexible schedules in certain departments A nice place to work for a part-time job but going for a career takes time to move up within the company.
Cons
The environment in many stores involves high stress levels in every department and very little motivation to succeed. The goals and constant changes of policy make the overall success of the store unlikely. Politics plays a big role in both the corporate and store level and unless you buddy up with management, the chance of getting promoted is slim to none.
