Managers consistently try to steal hours from departments (but maybe that's learned from corporate). As far as the bakery is concerned, you have to deal with lazy coworkers, a lot of call-outs, and work not completed. Not a team atmosphere. If you are good at your job, you are expected to pick up the slack for someone who isn't.
