Communication at all job positions is entirely lacking and often counterproductive. Morale is in the pits--employees follow the example of management and take pleasure in demeaning each other. Management makes mistakes and instead of owning up to their mistakes, they blame it on employees. Management fails to disclose important safety information and training which results in workplace injuries. Certain members of management have sabotaged employee's jobs. No member of management is held accountable for their bad behavior, lies, and disrespect to employees and customers alike.
