      Pros

      Pay bonus paid quarterly if earned. Really good vacation benefits. Offer discounts to employees of 10% on own brands and 5% on all others. They do try to keep you close to home

      Cons

      Micromanage everything be prepared to be a follower and your ideas are not valued. your job is retail execution and you must follow their plan even if it doesn't make sense. There goal is to make everything the same in every store even if it doesn't fit the communities needs.

      Friendly and helpful colleagues, weekly pay and flexible schedule

      Cons

      When it is busy, it is very busy. Lunch/Break may get pushed back or even denied in extreme cases because there is no one to cover for you.
