This company pulls together as one united family to take on the day to day operations. The open door policy with the CEO gives everyone a chance to give their opinion on how to make the company better. They look to hire people who want to work hard and do their best. Being a small to medium company you look for people who are going to come in and make the place better and not take advantage of the perks here. All ideas are listened to and if they feel its the right choice they will implement the idea.

It based on sales so you have your good quarters and your low quarters its up to you how much effort you put in to make it better. All cons can be improved by good employees
