Pros
- remote or hybrid role options - helpful colleagues - manageable workload - grand holiday party, celebrated Halloween events - good severance pay (I got ~6 months, I worked there for ~6 years)
Cons
- no bonus, I think pay is average - I found career progression challenging in certain teams. In my experience, the HR and Hiring Manager discouraged exploration of other roles within the organization, and made it challenging to interview internally.
