You are not likely to end up on a solid team - as they retain their people. You will most likely end up with a terrible manager who micromanages beyond even company standards. If they decide they do not like you/your attitude (basically - you don't kiss the ring enough) - they will find reasons to get rid of you. No raises in the past couple years, bonuses - if paid at all are very low. They will use any excuses in your performance to lower even more. Layoffs continue to happen. Never announced, you will just be delegated the work of former colleges.
