Pros

- In my time here I made some close friends. - Excellent IT services & systems. - Stocked fridge although I believe this has changed. - The work isn't difficult once you have experience.

Cons

- Obvious clique mentality with managers & their preferred staff members. - Unfair promotion policies with no clear feedback from interviews. In one case a staff member was refused a position based on gender, this was confirmed by a manager at the time. - Withheld references & P45s after leaving despite assurances that one would be provided, something that they've been reported over previously. - Gradual increase in daily responsibilities without any time to complete work, credit for completing work or proportional compensation. - Severely lacking in HR & management training. I ended up quality controlling managers work but was still not eligible for promotion. - There's no set guide for managers to follow, so they all do things differently. - Instances of bullying by members of management to the point that people left their position. - Doing overtime will effect the tax cut off rate for full time workers so it's essentially working for free & it's requested of you frequently. - Handling up to 4 queries at once. - Booking time off is difficult. There's little wrong with the work itself once you understand the systems & how to handle customers but the internal problems are many. Don't go into this job with ambitions for career advancement but part time would make an ok stopgap while looking for something else or if you're a student with interests elsewhere.

Pros

Absolutely, the best and most supportive company! I have been here five years and absolutely have the best support from supervisors and fellow csr reps. You work together to improve all experiences for the members and our team. Wonderful opportunity

Cons

Sometimes it gets stressful with lots of calls, emails and chats but I always look at it as a challenge to assist as quickly and the best way for our members.

Pros

There are a couple of great people that work here and still care about employees and their development. Office is nice Hybrid schedule

Cons

This used to be such a lovely place to work at. Pay has always been very low but they made up with unlimited PTO, great bosses that genuinely cared about your development, office flexibility and hard work but always respecting work life balance and a hard stop at 5pm. However, with new leadership this place has become a nightmare, everyone is so pressured for results and efficiency that resources have been cut, teams are being made smaller, which means more work on the folks that remain for the same low pay, bad and stressful office vibes, no 401k match, no WFH flexibility at all, long hours way beyond the paid 40 hrs work week, non existent coaching and development as NO ONE has time for it and last but not least getting shamed for requesting PTO.
