the discounts, if you work there you gain the experience in retail and if you work some where else, it will be seen as a piece of cake!!! Ross is like a training ground!
Cons
the pay is not good, work schedule is not good, too much gosiping insted of working, too much strained work, the custumers are very very rude more than usual at any other place I have worked in.

We are sorry to hear about your experience. We never want our Associates to feel overworked or overly stressed at work. Your wellbeing is important to us and we pride ourselves on being able to create a work life balance for all of our associates. This has been a focus for us and we want to ensure you that we are continuing to find new ways for managers to improve their scheduling capabilities. If you feel like this problem is going unresolved in the store, we encourage you to contact HR Services and share your experience.
Even though this is with my store specifically I got really lucky with my coworkers. Every season change there is 40% off for about a week other than that is 20%. They also have scholarship opportunities.
Cons
It’s a really physical job, sometimes it’s so busy that you can’t even take a break especially during Christmas season, you WILL debate working there during that time. The store hours are horrible and since most of the time were understaffed we won’t leave until almost midnight just cleaning up.
