      Engine change crew for corporate jets. Tech 1 , 2, 3 pays levels.

      Cons

      Engine change crew for insurance program. 70% Travel with base pay after 40 hours, time 1/2 with reset to base pay every Monday. No training for 1st year. OJT verbal training only.
