Cons
The company appears to be chipping away at employee benefits in the U.S. during the present times. Executives tend to undervalue employee satisfaction. Many "jaded" senior level employees which can be difficult to work with as an intermediate level. The everyday work can be often times boring. Forced ranking system can be unfair and focuses primarily on weaknesses which often times makes employees feel like they can never achieve success.
