Pros
The working dynamics. The purposeful hiring of many employees lead to a colorful working environment where all work in harmonious unison. As it is known to "stem from the top", when head management is carefully chosen to be a team leader instead of a "boss", the team dynamics flourish, and in return the productivity levels increase and everyone is happy.
Cons
Always restructuring. Always cut-backs. Always headcount issues. No one department has a proactive apporoach as to how to handle growth, or foreseen cut-backs. May under pressure to make do with less resources despite the growing sectors and businesses. The
