      People think about brand Rolls-Royce (Car). That’s the only proud feeling

      Lots of regionalism (specifically south), favoritism, unqualified engineering managers, controlled environment. Useless personal admins of the leaders think that they own the organization and such kind of individuals get promoted. Also within Rolls Royce, there are many Rolls-Royce and there is hardly any collaboration. Read the latest news about the company, there are certain charges which are getting investigated by Govt. Authorities.
