Great flexible corporate culture Smart people to work with and fun to be with Wonderful office and location

Cons

Nothing to think of, but if we can mention, I would say a bit long working hour for constants. They deliver the best outcome though.

Good culture Great mix of work (lots of strategy / interesting projects) Good opportunity

Cons

Promotion cycle can be slower than some peer companies (RB does not have a strong up or out model, which helps some people and hurts others)
