      Pros

      One of the best AAA game dev companies around. Lots of autonomy, great production staff, Perks are great. Campus is great. VERY rarely had to crunch. PTO is respected

      Cons

      Lots of meetings but to be expected at AAA. Lots of tribal knowledge required which means you need to get good at just DMing people to get answers. Not a lot of room to grow past a Senior Engineer

      Player focus, some of the coolest games on the planet, Riot does a great job of creating an environment where people can succeed and thrive

      Cons

      Crunch is on the rise, fiscal discipline on exploration is still too loose, lots of layers of management
