Pros
Great co workers and staff discount. Good company benefits. When Front shop and Pharmacy work together, stores run well. Pharmacists are highly trained professionals, lets show the public all we can do for them !
Cons
Cutbacks in staffing level make it hard to do proper Medication reviews and Follow ups, due to lack of privacy and constant interruptions. Very stressful work environment in busy stores, with no extra set of eyes to catch errors.
