Pros
Flexibility for part-time workers is good for students.
Cons
Store managers, regional managers, and loss prevention were consistently vindictive and did what they could to screw you over just for the sake of it due to petty slights. On multiple occasions even doing illegal things including firing people after being threatened by customers.
