Pros
I live very close to work. The hours are very suitable for my lifestyle. The people I work with are awesome. Very clean store, stocked with everything you could imagine, including the kitchen sink!!! Awesome deals every single day, clearance section, 3 day sales, always pleasing the customers. Great location. I love working cash, am a people person, but have also liked working on the floor, gets you to know prices, where products are, etc. I like my job and a huge plus is the excellent employee discount we receive. Where else would you like to work? I have been here almost a year, coming up at the end of November.
Cons
The only huge con I have is since I started at this location, there have been a lot of people come and go. And yes, I realize that could be anywhere, not just Rexall. It is good for those that get transferred to other stores and have worked hard and are moving on to bigger and better things. But when you have a great employee, it is indeed hard to say, good luck, see you later. But that is why they are leaving, they just excelled in their position and have been noted and are offered better things to do. I care about the store as much as my own home, like to see it clean, faced, etc. but not everyone shares my theory on this, or cares as much as I do.
