Lack of reward/recognition for visible minorities even when it is evident that they are overqualified for the role being applied for. Skills are ignored with credibly qualified candidates being bypassed in plain sight. It is a shame that discrimination against visible minorities for white-collar roles has been normalized at the Revera Forest Heights by the management of that facility.
