      Pros

      Meeting New People and Enjoying the benefits. Most of all Marriott is a company that puts each employee in a position to grow within their company.

      Cons

      The particular property that I worked for closed. However, I did have the option to transfer to another hotel. At that time, I needed to focus on other things, so I left the company.

      Pros

      Meet many interesting guests from around the world. Solid health insurance. Good support from immediate team. Hotel discounts are okay.

      Cons

      May have stressful days or weeks with certain groups at the hotel. Pay is fairly low. Sometimes long stretches of work, demanding shifts. Hard to have a social life with the hours.
