The Pros can be seen only when you See the Training modules or Get in touch with your Line Manager, In Reality, There is no Pros, Even the Working hours are also Stretched and your Line Manager Say he don't care even if you sleep in the office working, next day you have to be on time and keep performing, Better no to Work with this Company, Never Ever!
Cons
No-Management : There is no one to listen to You! The Feedback, Shout-out all are Namsake, Nothing really Matters They dont care about loosing the performing People If your Line Manager dont like you, You are gone, He will Kick you out and will not be answerable to management as Management is not going to ask why !!! Top Performers, Hard Workers, leave the organization and still HR, Country Manager , Area Directors, No one Cares There is no-Commision at all, even if its there, Your Line Manager is not suppose to explain you how and why, I dont know how Centre Team is Surviving, But one thing i am sure of is,,, Good Line Managers makes Good Centres
