    The clients are amazing Offices are nicely built Staff is great

    Cons

    Management doesn't really care about the wellbeing or happiness of the staff at all. The wages are lower than what you get for a comparable role in a different company and they really screw with sales staff on their commissions. You have to work your Nutt off to make a 1-2% commission on a sale (that % drops to half or lower if you give any price discount to the client to get them to buy) they price the products... higher than the competitors to force you into discounting so your commission is less. As an example of how bad it is to work there, I stayed for 3 years and we had 7 people quit (8 including me) in that amount of time. The whole staff for our area is 9, so there is a whole new team except for 1 over the last 3 years.

    Pros

    - great for networking. You will meet a lot of professionals from different field. - benefits are good. Eligible for medical/dental after 3months and a year after for rrsp matching contribution. - good working environment, all centres are very accessible. You only work Mon to Fri, 8:30 to 5:00. Very rarely that you are asked to do overtime. - great to start your career with, since you will learn a lot and they don't... require a huge amount of experience as long as you have the character that they are looking for.

    - bonus structure constantly changing, it fluctuates from quarter to quarter even if your performance is the same. - IT and billing is outsource which results to having a slow response time when there's any issues. And you end up dealing with the consequenses that is out of your control. - limited opportunity for growth. - training could be better.

    Great work-life balance Clean, air conditioned, beautiful locations to work in

    Cons

    Extremely unorganized structure Each location operates differently Literally 8 different software/web based programs to do tasks, and they shut off functionality in them all the time, creating headaches for center level staff. Poor training NO RAISES EVER. EVER.

    Compensate your performers Get each of your centers to write an operations manual specific to the center Keep a closer eye on the team leads.

    Pros

    Not many. If you want to get your feet wet in an entry level sales position there is some value. Product is fun to sell.

    Cons

    So many. This company is terribly run. Stay away and run from it. Pay mistakes. Commission structure absolute joke. Lies and more lies. Upper management gives no support. You do well they leave you alone you don’t they fire you. Zero help. Zero direction. They’re about to sell off and it’s very clear there is no leadership anywhere in this company. Do not waste your time. Turnover is very high. Employees that have... been there a while have no other options. Fear tactics employed. Threats of job loss etc. Compensation structure is not understood by Upper management and they lie in interview process. There is a reason ratings so low and I can definitely say they’re accurate. Stay away!!!!!!

    - Interesting products - Lot of centers so gives flexibility from relocation perspective, they have centers all over the globe

    Cons

    - Old school way of doing things - Lacks enthusiasm compared to the new-age co-working spaces - Don't care about the clients much, simply to the point, by the book approach

    - Make things a bit less serious - Think more about the clients, they are the ones paying money eventually to keep the show running
