Eligible for medical/dental after 3months and a year after for rrsp matching contribution. - good working environment, all centres are very accessible. You only work Mon to Fri, 8:30 to 5:00. Cons

    - bonus structure constantly changing, it fluctuates from quarter to quarter even if your performance is the same. - IT and billing is outsource which results to having a slow response time when there's any issues. And you end up dealing with the consequenses that is out of your control. - limited opportunity for growth. - training could be better.

I have been working at Regus full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    - Interesting products - Lot of centers so gives flexibility from relocation perspective, they have centers all over the globe

    Cons

    - Old school way of doing things - Lacks enthusiasm compared to the new-age co-working spaces - Don't care about the clients much, simply to the point, by the book approach

    Advice to Management

    - Make things a bit less serious - Think more about the clients, they are the ones paying money eventually to keep the show running

I have been working at Regus full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

    Great colleagues, interesting product/ industry.

    Cons

Toxic culture, bullying mentality, company doesn't care about clients, old outdated systems, constant mistakes in payroll, not receiving payment for spiffs, always having expense repayment issues. Zero promotional opportunities if you're middle management, 30% swings in compensation from year to year due to comp plan changes however your results may be better, zero succession planning, no career guidance., bad education...

    Advice to Management

The opportunity to be great was there, you left the door open for Wework and other competitors. Your problems are self inflicted. Stop blaming the sales team for under performance, the reason for bad results is your own comp plan. nobody will work hard , making a sale worth 10's of thousands of dollars and getting paid 25 bucks. Wake up.

I have been working at Regus full-time

    Pros

It used to be a great team and community.

    Cons

Ridiculous targets, the company paints all markets with the same brush, expecting small markets produce the same numbers as the major markets.... constantly changing the business. Changed the Area Manager role to 100% sales with unattainable qualifiers for commission.....

    Advice to Management

Value your employees who are in the centres building the business!

I have been working at Regus full-time

    Pros

Nice offices to work in, colleagues are friendly, clients are mostly nice

    Cons

The business model is constantly shifting, there is no consistency. The high-pressure sales for Area Managers are insane with targets that are practically unreachable, the target reset every month and they come down on you very hard if you miss your targets at any time. Bonuses are based upon each sale but they raised the prices so high (+30% in the last year) that you need to discount a lot to get customers into a...
