I worked at Regus full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Easy job, great for networking, good salary. Nice events if you know the right people.

    Cons

IT system is a mess, support centre is outsourced, not easy or user friendly. No clear path for career growth. Diversity and inclusion are only considered until a certain level, whereas there's only white men in higher management.

    Doesn't Recommend

I worked at Regus full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Decent benefits, good hours, clean and modern workplace, fair wages

    Cons

Being a corporation means they'll try to "one size fits all" solve problems born from unique circumstances that can't be broadly fixed, then any blame for failure (including upset clients, who you're obligated to upset quite often on behalf of the company) falls on you as an employee. If Regus policy screws someone over, Regus doesn't take the blame, you do, then you're punished for the "failure".
