Pros

Great work experience in many different areas Clients can be very nice. Staff are great people to work with. Get your experience and run!

Cons

Overworked, high stress and pressure to perform on an embarrassingly low wage. False hope and false promises No career progression, only possible if someone quits Little to no training as there is a high turnover of staff So many things to learn to be able to perform adequately Management don't care about you, you are just a number

Pros

Great for skill development as you play multiple roles

Cons

pay is low, clients are unhappy and you act as shield between corporate and the clients, allowing corp to focus on money making at the expense of their customers who are locked into an agreement without having to deal with the customer backlash directly (you get to do that)
