From the outside Reassure looks a dream to work for, and is possibly true in most departments. However, Change Management is one department that isn't the same as the others. In industry PMO is a specialist role, but Managers in Change Management treat internal PMO as administrators. My last manager wasn't given any support, and was told to leave for a returning collegue who was buddies with management.
