Pros

Mainly the people as its a young workforce in Geneva. Work/Social life is balanced if you wish it. Benefits include discounts on clothes, travel and lunch subsidy.

Cons

Management in ALL areas e.g. HR, Supply Chain, IT, etc are incompetant and only look at their bonus. Progress is only provided if you're willing to be obedient to your managers every command and perform a 12 hour day. Performance reviews and appraisals are not worth the Apple ipad they are written on by Directors and there is little or no training. All Directors are equivalent to Team Leaders in other companies and their lack of experience and people management are evident within the first week. As no formal qualifications are required for any roles, Directors are intellectually weak and only stay at the company for the bonus.

Pros

Employees enjoy comprehensive welfare programs and a generally favorable working environment.

Cons

The decision-making process can be overly top-down, often disregarding the professional dignity of the employees.

Pros

- Great brand name - Has interesting projects across departments - Amazing employee discounts - 401k bonus

Cons

Although most people across the company are generally respectful, innovative, and smart, The RLS-NA Business Planning team have been difficult to work with. Some of their team members are unprofessional, disrespectful, and entitled. There's been 1-2 role openings every year in that pillar and its because people in that team keep leaving for other opportunities due to internal team toxicity.
