Each Racker is empowered to better improve processes, systems, and most importantly have an opportunity to engage customers to provide Fanatical support. The culture is one of a kind, and it has been a privilege being apart of such. There is great leadership at the top it is an honer working for someone who truly wants to build one of the world’s greatest service companies.
Cons
Work flow processes are a work in progress, eventually it will be solved however can create additional stress, and can limit positive productivity. It is always a concern hiring great talent, and it is apparent that there is a demand to hire numbers, which could lead to sacrificing talent.
