Pros
Relaxed dress code, lots of fun can be had at work, and for the most part all the Rackers are great to work with. The company offers a competitive pay scale and good benefits.
Cons
The are some Rackers that feel entitled because of their tenure and do not always uphold the companies core values. Too many meetings need to be had to get anything done.
