Pros

- Work and life balance

Cons

- a lo of toxic politics - frequent reorgs, I had 5 different managers the 2 years I was there - pay is low so most people you work with are not talented - a lot employees who's been there 10+ years just play politics and don't actually do work and just riding it out until retirement - major favoritism amongst some managers when it comes to year end ratings that affect your bonus - business people who doesn't know technology vetos technical decisions made by technical experts - you have to be on hold on the phone for over an hour to speak to anyone if you need tech support or payroll questions or hr questions - pay raises each year is a joke - you have to pay over $700 a year yourself for good health benefits that you would get for free in other companies

Pros

Riverside around WTC is pretty nice

Cons

OMG the worst company I've ever been. There are a lot of small groups inside the department, and most of them are mean and rude.
