      Good place for fresh graduate - Administrator RBC Employee Review

      Pros

      Salary above average for fresh graduate, excluding OT (during peak volume) can earn min MYR 4300 Culture and working environment very fun RBC always no 1 company that gives best benefit (maternity, travel allowance up to 1k) Fast pace growth for fresh graduate/corporate ladder Night shift - recommended because I like this hour better than APAC Friendly peers/bosses/seniors especially TM&MO

      Cons

      However, they cut OT now especially TM&MO department Always short staff/capacity issue but weird how some staff manage to go on leave Workload crazy (expect no work life balance) hence the compensation is good to balance it out A lot of manual work (hence repetitive work) - less macro, everyday have system issue

      Pros

      Stable work life balance. The culture is really great, very easy to work with complex management and managers. Willing to help you grow and learn with clients

      Cons

      Not a lot of room for growth unless you come in the door with that expectation. It can be very easy to get stuck in this role as your pay slowly increases and the job title mostly stays the same. Associate promotions and raises are rarely given and take a lot of coercion to get.
