Pros

The training is pretty relaxed and very encouraging, it helps you to understand the products they want you to focus on. It did help me grow, provided a lot of knowledge in terms of banking products and customer service/sales. The hours are okay, 11-8, it's a bit frustrating at times finishing later in the evening then most people, but starting later has its benefits too.

Cons

At times it can be a bit broad and it needs to improve on the amount of time you actually practice, as the theory really didn't compare to the real thing. Also the managers are really friendly, but often in terms of actually helping in one on one situations, they handle it poorly.

Pros

Stable work life balance. The culture is really great, very easy to work with complex management and managers. Willing to help you grow and learn with clients

Cons

Not a lot of room for growth unless you come in the door with that expectation. It can be very easy to get stuck in this role as your pay slowly increases and the job title mostly stays the same. Associate promotions and raises are rarely given and take a lot of coercion to get.
