Pros

Great place to work for all though not for everyone. You actually DO HAVE to work but you are well appreciated and recognized for it. Annual bonuses just before Christmas madness really do help and can be quite substantial.

Cons

Compensation lever is bit lower than comparable employers, however, job stability / security is quite better in my opinion. Annual performance reviews and salary increases are very minimal and hardly cover inflation, not to mention raising prices of transportation etc.

Pros

Opportunities to work on enterprise-scale systems with modern tooling and automation initiatives. Excellent collaboration between infrastructure and incident management teams; vendor coordination is efficient. Competitive compensation and benefits package, including solid health coverage and retirement matching.

Cons

Workload spikes during major incidents can challenge work-life balance, especially when on-call.

Pros

Riverside around WTC is pretty nice

Cons

OMG the worst company I've ever been. There are a lot of small groups inside the department, and most of them are mean and rude.
