Pros

inital salary and benefits not bad for call center.

Cons

sales targets are not realistic if you really care about the clients and not just pushing products. career growth is way to slow, with very very very little increments to your salary when you get promoted (as little as $500 a year) you can only get decent shifts at the call center if you work there for at least 10 years, no matter how good you are, monday to friday will only be given to the dinoussaurs

Pros

The insurance here is good

Cons

Super bad atmosphere at the company. You need to spend a lot of time to earn you director, MD's favor. The politics here is super bad. Pay attention to those who get along well with boss and be careful not to make them unhappy.
