Pros

-good benefits -okay bonus -good RRSP matching/pension plan options;-you can elect through program to become a stakeholder/shareholder -great perks programs -good reputation -WFH once per week

Cons

-departmental politics -HR always sides with management -salaries in Insurance not on par with market trends, yet head can pay himself whatever he wants and usually 10 Million bonus -technology still catching up -hypocritical with values: makes everyone take yearly tests but as a corporate brand, they do not practice what they preach. -Yearly Employee Survey waste of time: they only care about the bottom line and not about their employees welfare

Excellent collaboration between infrastructure and incident management teams; vendor coordination is efficient. Pros

Stable work life balance. The culture is really great, very easy to work with complex management and managers. Willing to help you grow and learn with clients

Cons

Not a lot of room for growth unless you come in the door with that expectation. It can be very easy to get stuck in this role as your pay slowly increases and the job title mostly stays the same. Associate promotions and raises are rarely given and take a lot of coercion to get.
