A good place for development - Anonymous employee RAC Employee Review

I have personally progressed from starting as an admin within the team to a team manager. The support has been great and it's good to have personal experience in the development opportunities here, as it's something we do shout about. Not only are there options to progress within current roles, a lot of people also move around the company as well into other departments developing skills and experience. As many other reviews have said, its the people that make RAC a great place to work.
