Pros
I've been at RAC in Bristol for 12 years and would highly recommend working here to anyone. The team I work in and our wider division is made up of some great people and management support us both to do our jobs but also to grow and develop our careers. The business has given all employees shares in the company and the growth over the years I've been here means that she shares we have are valuable. The work life balance is something that keeps me here and we WFH for 3 days out of 5.
Cons
My only gripe is the lack of video capability in all meeting rooms in the office but management have begun to upgrade these so hopefully this will improve in the future.
