Pros
+ All colleagues regardless of level have the opportunity to lead and steer change. + RAC put a high value on progression and development. + Healthy work-life balance, there is a low expectation to work outside work hours. Also flexibility to WFH up to 3 days a week. + The people make RAC great, all colleagues are supportive and kind.
Cons
- It is very fast-paced so need to be able to flex and go with the directional change. - The IT isn't always the best, computers need to be updated and meeting rooms tech is unreliable.
