I started at the RAC in summer 2024, and was impressed with how easy the team made it for me to fit in and learn my role. My colleagues & stakeholders are all friendly and approachable, making it easy for me to get up to speed and become a useful member of the team quickly. The commitment to continued personal development and being able to explore your own interests in-role is also welcome, providing tools to continue to grow and encouraging employees to set and realise their own development objectives to evolve their roles. I'm also impressed with the company's flexible working policy, which allows flexibility for school runs etc.
