- The people are great. I work with a lot of knowledgeable, personable colleagues and my team are always keen to help one another with challenges/projects - The work is varied with the opportunity to work on diverse projects - There is opportunity to work at pace and "act like an owner" - Hybrid working gives flexibility - Management seem committed to making changes to positively impact the company culture.
Cons
- Fast paced environment means it can seem like priorities change continually which can be frustrating - The culture won't be for everyone, if it suits you then great, if not, it may be a struggle to feel like you fit in - The business could invest more in the IT and tech infrastructure, analysts should have higher spec machines
