Pros
RAC is a really great place to work for the most part, there's no shortage of appetite to get things done, improve service, customer propositions and efficiency and we can all play a part in that. The appetite for continual improvement is huge so really suits those who want to make a difference and see their ideas come to fruition.
Cons
This is a fast paced business with high autonomy so it won't suit everyone, particularly those who prefer hierarchy and steady paced decision making
