Pros
Recent starter and impressed with the company so far. The people here are friendly, helpful and welcoming. It's generally pretty laid back and flexible for working parents. Fast paced!
Cons
Pivoting of priorities at a moments notice seems to happen quite a lot. Not necessarily a bad thing if you like the momentum, but not for everyone. Maternity pay/leave is awful!
