- Im having an amazing time with the RAC and could not ask for a better management team and support network around me. Could not thank Franco and shamz for supporting me on my journey so far and am excited too see whats next. Good amount of holidays Variety of jobs Great pay if qualified

Not cons in my opinion as I had jobs previously and they cant compare to the RAC
