There is so much opportunity to drive the business; a relatively flat structure and a bunch of very driven, focussed people across the teams means every day has a new and interesting challenge and the days/weeks absolutely fly by. Very easy for you to see your impact on the business.
Cons
Not necessarily for the faint hearted...you've got to be ready to feel the pulse of the business every day and be ready to jump into the days challenges and make a difference
