      Super focused and clear on business priorities. Transparent and open culture. Reward hard work and overperformance. Diverse business, with customers / members at its heart. Hybrid working, dual office (Bristol/Walsall) Great and flexible benefits. Hi levels of collaboration.

      Cons

      Two months in and genuinely, little so far that has been negative a great group of determined, focused and member centric people.
