      Pros

      Loads of progression opportunities and a high hourly rate. Incentives in busy periods pay + £5 or even £10 per hour. Usually lots of overtime. Friendly colleagues and a real teamwork ethos.

      Cons

      24hr company so could be asked to work late (but personal situations can allow for flexibility)
