      - opportunity to work with cross functional teams -further education/training budget

      Cons

      -remote work is discouraged -lower pay -it usually takes years for most people to move up and they expect you to accept more responsibilities apart from your primary role without the title upgrade or pay increase

      Pros

      Armenian Office people are great and in general there is a friendly atmosphere and conditions. Lots of attention to employees from Armenian management

      Cons

      I can not say anything positive from Management team from Canada. Although I can say lots of negative, but I will refrain from it.
