      Employee well being: hybrid / remote if desired, good range of employee perks Compensation: seemed to be decent

      Cons

      Culture: lots of turnover (unvoluntary) of senior leadership without much communication or transparency.

      Pros

      Armenian Office people are great and in general there is a friendly atmosphere and conditions. Lots of attention to employees from Armenian management

      Cons

      I can not say anything positive from Management team from Canada. Although I can say lots of negative, but I will refrain from it.
