      Pros

      They provide you with the equipment you need, as long as you request them at an earlier time. Most your team members will be really supportive as well -- just communicate.

      Cons

      Workload is fair though projects could be rushed while not having a lot of resources.

      Pros

      Armenian Office people are great and in general there is a friendly atmosphere and conditions. Lots of attention to employees from Armenian management

      Cons

      I can not say anything positive from Management team from Canada. Although I can say lots of negative, but I will refrain from it.
