Pros
Questrade provides an environment full of opportunity and learning. Small seminars such as Lunch & Learn and the Passport Sessions are valuable resources for getting a firmer understanding of the company as a whole.
Cons
At times, the training across a team is inconsistent, leading to misinformation or delays in the client process. I also feel scapegoats are used more often than not when situations become escalated.
