      Great comp, competent teams, good offices. Good work-life balance

      Cons

      Some consistent large changes happening across the organization, making things a bit chaotic. That said, I think that's part of being a FinTech - just need to learn to be comfortable with it.

      Pros

      Armenian Office people are great and in general there is a friendly atmosphere and conditions. Lots of attention to employees from Armenian management

      Cons

      I can not say anything positive from Management team from Canada. Although I can say lots of negative, but I will refrain from it.
