      Most peers at the working group level are great

      Cons

      Leadership from the top down. Pressure to perform at any cost. Contradictory messaging from the top down (when you actually get messaging). You're threatened with a negative performance rating if you don't meet in-office requirements 100% of the time

      Pros

      Armenian Office people are great and in general there is a friendly atmosphere and conditions. Lots of attention to employees from Armenian management

      Cons

      I can not say anything positive from Management team from Canada. Although I can say lots of negative, but I will refrain from it.
